Berkeley Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a form of energy psychology that uses acupressure points to help you find relief from pain. I have you tap on specific acupressure points on your body as I guide you through the emotions of a particular issue. This process helps to clear out the emotional charge and grounds you in a different perspective, bringing you a sense of inner calm. It can be a powerful technique to help you overcome emotional blocks so that you can begin to move forward in your life.

EFT can also be used in conjunction with Coherence Therapy.  It can help to uncover what is driving an unwanted symptom, and can help you to have a new emotional experience that can release the grip of the unwanted symptom.  Please read more about Coherence Therapy on this website to understand this process better.
