In individual therapy, I help you get to the root of your problem, and then use specific and effective methods to help you transform it.  You will then experience new ways of being that will feel liberating and serve you much better in life.  I know how hard it is to struggle with difficult feelings and negative thoughts.  Change happens by having a different emotional experience of an event.  In my work, I help you form new emotional meanings that feel true and strengthen your sense of self.  If you would like to try this type of therapy, I would be happy to work with you.
