Berkeley Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a form of energy psychology that uses acupressure points to help you find relief from pain. I will have you tap on specific acupressure points on your body as I guide you through the emotions of a particular issue. This process helps to clear out the emotional charge and grounds you in a different perspective, bringing you a sense of inner calm. It can be a powerful technique to help you overcome emotional blocks so that you can begin to move forward in your life.
